  • Real-time port detection

    Each port has a tag reader that detects plugged connections immediately and signals the unique cable identification number to the Agent — modifications and unauthorized changes are documented without delay.

  • LED-guided patch orders

    Per-port LEDs visualize planned patch orders defined in the NOC; technicians see which ports are affected and complete jobs quickly and error-free.

  • Retrofittable to FIST

    Drop-in PatchAssist Patchcassettes replace CommScope FIST components without disconnecting live links and without maintenance windows.

  • Standards compliant

    Conforms to ISO/IEC 18598 (AIM) and DIN EN 50667 — non-proprietary integration into AIM/DCIM applications via HTTP/REST.

  • Browser-based UI

    Agent serves a web UI compatible with all current browsers — manage analyzers, sub-racks, cassettes and ports, view system and alarm events from anywhere.

  • Intelligent dust caps

    Dust caps with RFID tags identify unconnected ports so inventory and capacity stay accurate even when nothing is plugged in.

  • Scalable architecture

    Up to 14 system components per Analyzer; each component daisy-chained via bus cable. Multiple Analyzers feed one Agent.
